Performance Compression Band

The reinforced polyester webbing helps maximise compression during application.

At a true 1.5 inch width, the band is designed to move smoothly through the buckle for fast, snag-free operation, while helping minimise pressure loss after application.

Slack Indicator Wedge

A contrasting slack indicator wedge is stitched into the compression band below the windlass.

This provides a clear visual cue that excess slack has been removed before tightening — an important step in proper tourniquet application and one that can reduce the number of windlass rotations needed to achieve effective occlusion.

Rugged Buckle

The advanced buckle design allows excess slack to be removed in one smooth motion.

It also helps stabilise the compression band at different angles of engagement, making the tourniquet easier to apply in difficult positions.

The buckle is made from a lightweight, high-strength composite material for improved durability without unnecessary bulk.

High-Strength Aluminium Windlass

The 5.5 inch windlass is machined from a single piece of aircraft-grade aluminium bar stock.

Its textured surface and signature conical ends provide a secure grip for consistent torque, while the anodised finish helps improve durability in harsh conditions.

Tourniquet Retention Assistance Clip — TRAC

The TRAC helps hold the windlass in position before it is fully secured into the locking system.

Tri-Ring Lock

Once tightened, the windlass is secured into the Tri-Ring Lock.
